How does training work with us? All new trainees undergo approximately three induction days together, depending on planning. Then they get started – always following the detailed training plan. You will gradually get to know working life and ADMEDES and carry out exciting project work.

It is important to see the big picture and look at a different department, which is why industrial clerks, for example, also get to know the training workshop. At annual trainee excursions, together with our parent company G.RAU, all trainees meet and engage in valuable exchanges.
